Minor Argument Over Small Loan Turns Fatal
Teen Stabbed to Death in Gurugram Over ₹3,000 Loan Dispute. The argument began when the victim told the accused to return the money he had previously lent him, police officials said.
The confrontation rapidly escalated into a heated argument, witnesses said. But during the tussle, one of the accused attacked him with a sharp weapon, leaving him critically injured.
Victim Succumbs to Injuries
Other nearby residents heard the thrashing and rushed to the scene, who then immediately called the police. The wounded teenager was rushed to a local hospital for treatment, but doctors pronounced him dead due to trauma.
The victim’s family members said they were in shock, devastated by the loss, and felt the dispute between their relative and his assailants was over a relatively small sum of money, and never seemed serious enough to result in violence.
Police Launch Investigation
The police arrived at the scene shortly after being informed of the incident and initiated an investigation. A case has been filed, and cops have launched a search for the accused responsible for the attack.
Officials said they are reviewing CCTV footage from the area and interviewing witnesses to piece together what happened leading up to the crash.
